HYROX is the functional fitness competition that redefines performance. Run. Work. Repeat. CrossFit Max is with you every step of the way. HYROX is simple: an 8km run, interspersed with 8 functional training stations. No cheating, no shortcuts. Just you, the clock, and the discipline you've built here.
