Program Description
At CrossFit Max, we believe fitness should be fun—especially for kids! Our CrossFit Max Kids class is designed for children ages 4 to 8 to develop coordination, confidence, and a love for movement through fun, play-based workouts and age-appropriate fitness.
Led by a coach in a safe and supportive environment, your little ones will jump, run, climb, and laugh their way through sessions that build physical literacy, social skills, and healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Bonus: Parents can join our adult class at the same time, so the whole family gets their fitness in!
